Accessibility

Accessibility Centered Design (ACD) focuses on creating applications that are usable by everyone, regardless of their physical or mental abilities. This includes accommodating users with disabilities, those using various devices, and individuals with temporary impairments. Currently, we are following WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards and have partial compliance with ACD. We are actively evaluating our products to enhance accessibility and meet more ACD standards in the future.

At this time, the TurboPT EMR is not developed using ACD standards. Moving forward, we are evaluating our products against these standards to identify which of them we already meet and how we can enhance our products to meet more of them.

Authentication

TurboPT allows organizations to set up multi-factor authentication, which requires users to provide a second form of verification, such as entering a one-time code sent to their mobile device. This additional step helps to strengthen security by ensuring that only authorized users with access to both the account credentials and the secondary verification method can gain entry to the system.
